from "WeCopwatch" [wecopwatch.org/?p=700]:
Police are called out to an apartment for a noise compliant by the neighbors. The three occupants inside non-aggressively exercise their fourth amendment right, refusing the police entry as they demand at gun point to let them inside without a search warrant or probable cause.
As the police quickly holster their weapons after the camera turns on, the three occupants continue to exercise their rights non-aggressively. The police respond by going into “over-the-top” aggressive mode, utilizing excessive force by kicking in the door, assaulting the female and tazing the cameraman four times causing the camera to short out. All three occupants are arrested/cited for obstruction.

2013-05-10 Concord police officer shoots, kills man in Antioch
This happened Friday night. Concord police shot and killed Charles Burns 21 yrs old. They said the car was used as a weapon which justified the shooting, but Charles was shot when he got out of the car and tried to run. Charles wasn't in the car when they shot him. They couldn't chase him down? TV news reports show bullet holes in houses & broken windows from the cops. One girl in the neighborhood said Charles was a nice guy.

ANTIOCH -- Fearing for their safety, Concord police officers fired several rounds at a man who was attempting to elude capture Friday night, fatally wounding him, according to police.
At 9 p.m., officers closed in on a home in the 2700 block of Barcelona Circle in Antioch where they had been conducting surveillance, Concord police Lt. Steve Dyer said in a statement. Concord detectives had secured a search warrant for the home based on suspected "dangerous drug sales" by a 21-year-old male resident, he said.
During surveillance, the suspect, who has not been formally identified, came out of his home and got into a vehicle driven by another man. As officers attempted to contact the suspect to serve the search warrant, the driver of the vehicle accelerated rapidly and rammed a police car, occupied by an officer, Dyer said.
The suspect then ran from the car and two officers fearing for their safety shot him, Dyer said.
He died of his injuries.
According to ABC 7 news, family and witnesses told them that 21-year-old Charles Burns was the man who was shot.
The driver of the suspect vehicle, a 21-year-old old Bay Point resident who has not been identified by police, was uninjured and taken into custody. He was later interviewed by investigators and booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon on a police officer.
The officer-involved shooting is being investigated by a multi-agency investigative team comprised of officers from the Antioch Police Department, the Concord Police Department and the Contra Costa County District Attorneys Office, according to Dyer.
