Stockton PD appraised of it's Human Rights abuse, is not pleased

Police Chief Eric Johnson was not too happy when the family and supporters of police murder victims addressed them before the public in Stockton, CA on Wednesday. While they were soliciting more public support, several people reminded them of the kind of behavior being displayed on the streets by law enforcement that has hindered much of the departments public support to begin with.
